The reasons why Founding Fathers choose to adopt a Constitution are: First, To give states rights within a nation. Second,To give individual right within their states. Next is to outline the powers of a new federal government. Lastly, the powers of the existing federal government.
The treaty gave some German territories to neighbouring countries and placed other German territories under international supervision. In addition, Germany was stripped of its overseas colonies, its military capabilities were severely restricted, and it was required to pay war reparations to the Allied countries.
