For years, it has been Sarah's dream to start a charitable organization called Every Kid Eats in her hometown of Golden Valley.

She hopes the organization can provide meals and snacks to undernourished students in the local elementary schools. She has a plan to start her organization based on research and guidance from mentors. She's got some core support from a few friends and community activists, but needs more to succeed. To help, she's working on a vision statement to communicate what Every Kid Eats aims to accomplish, why it's important, and how it can happen. Hopefully, her vision statement will inspire more donations, community support, and volunteers.
To be effective, vision statements must be clear. Clear statements are often concrete and specific. Which vision statement follows this guideline most?
O By supplying nutritious in school snacks and meals to Golden Valley elementary school children in need. Every Kid Eats will ensure that no elementary school child in our town goes hungry during the school day.
O Nutrition is important to everyone, especially when they are learning, Every Kid Eats is an organization that helps elementary school age children in our town of Golden Valley eat better throughout the day.
O Every Kid Eats is an organization that cares about kids and their nutrition. Because many kids go hungry, Every Kid Eats will make sure elementary school age children in our town are getting the food they need.
O Because a starving brain is a brain that isn't learning, Every Kid Eats will make sure children in the town of Golden Valley are getting what they need to eat.

Consider the WACC formula, if the required rate of return on preferred stock increases, holding all else equal, the WACC increas
Mashutka [201]

Answer: True

Explanation:

The Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) calculates the cost of capital to a company for the means of capital it uses to finance operations. It is based on the cost and the weight of the various capital types.

Formula is;

= Cost of Equity * %Equity + Cost of debt * %Debt * ( 1 - Tax rate) + Cost of Preferred Stock * %Preferred stock

The required rate of return on preferred stock is the same as the Cost of Preferred Stock. From the formula it is shown that if this rate increases, holding all else equal, total WACC will increase.
