Specific holidays because if these certain holiday's were not celebrated then there would be stores that would get no business, therefore the government or state would lose money also because the businesses wouldn't have any money to pay the state. Also smoking and people affects the economy too since it makes an estimated 35 billion a year. The government has been losing money since less and less people are smoking, and laws have been put in place.
