The genes encoded in our DNA leads to the assembly of proteins that perform specific functions at intervals in our cells. Varied environmental factors and spontaneous events will result in changes in genes. These changes square measure referred to as mutations and that they will result in alterations within the structure and activity of the proteins our cells utilized in our daily activities. In alternative words, changes to our genotype may end up in changes to our phenotype.

Sequence 1 (normal)

DNA sequence
T A C G T A G T C A C C T A A T G G A T C

mRNA sequence A U G C A U C A G U G G A U U A C C U A G

Amino acid sequence Met His Gln Trp Ile Thr stop.

Hence, FOUR nucleotides are present in the “normal” DNA sequence in Model 1.

Four nucleotides

Further Explanation:

Four nucleotides are present in a typical DNA sequence. DNA consists of a five-carbon sugar molecule, phosphate molecule, and a nitrogenous base. The nucleotide present in a DNA sequence is consists of four nitrogenous bases, which are thymine (T), cytosine (C), adenine (A), and guanine (G).

There are two different groups of bases which are purines and pyrimidines. Cytosine and thymine are pyrimidines having a six-member ring. Adenine and guanine are purines , which is a double ring consists of one five-member ring and one six-member ring. The sequence of nucleotides in the DNA segment encodes the genetic information possessed by DNA. Adenine always binds with thymine, and guanine bonds with cytosine. This arrangement is called complementary base pairing. The bases are bonded together through hydrogen bonds. Two hydrogen bonds are formed between adenine and thymine, whereas three hydrogen bonds are formed between cytosine and thymine. These hydrogen bonds are broken when the DNA replication starts.

While brain efficiency can vary from person to person, certain activities seem to correlate with less cognitive decline. Which i
Maru [420]

Answer:

Elderly people are more likely to have cognitive deficits as part of brain senescence.

Explanation:

Aging is a gradual and inevitable process throughout living beings. Along with this aging occurs brain senescence, which is a process of losing brain connections due to lack of intellectual activities.

While this is not a rule, the elderly are the most common people going through the brain senescence process. For this reason, the elderly are also the most common people to develop cognitive deficits.

Cognitive Deficit consists of the learning disability that some people have and that ends up limiting their life in many ways. The problem is directly related to the mental capacity of information assimilation, which causes the individual to develop intellectual limitations.

1. Natural selection acts on the what?
in populations.
Mrrafil [7]

Natural selection acts for the good of the species. The fittest organisms in a population are those that are strongest, healthiest, fastest, and/or largest. Natural selection is about survival of the very fittest individuals in a population. Natural selection produces organisms perfectly suited to their environments.
