Using this formula

Call premium= Amount of Semiannual coupon bonds- Bonds have par value

Let plug in the formula

Strike441 [17]

Answer:

ABC Daycare

Effect of Performing Plumbing Services on account on the Accounting Equation:

Assets (Accounts receivable) will increase by $565 and Equity (Retained Earnings) will equally increase by $565

Explanation:

a) Data and Analysis:

Accounts receivable $565 Service Revenue $565

The accounting equation that equals assets to liabilities and equity is always true at all times and with every correctly posted transaction. It implies that assets are financed through the contributions made by either the owners (equity) or the creditors (debts), or a combination of the two. This equation forms the basis for the double-entry system of financial accounting.

If your budget allowed you extra money for this month, would you choose to consume, invest, or save that money? Why? Be specific
ruslelena [56]
Personally, I would choose to save that money. The reason why is you never know - maybe something bad is going to happen and you will need that extra cash. So instead of splurging it on material things, it's better to save it for a rainy day, in my opinion. Investing is not safe, given that you may lose a lot more than you invest.

If the sales volume decreases by 25%, the variable cost per unit increases by 15%, and all other factors remain the same, net op
9966 [12]

Answer: decrease by $31,875

Explanation:

Net Operating income;

= Sales - variable cost - fixed cost

= (70 * 3,000) - ( 50 * 3,000) - 25,000

= $35,000

Sales volume decreases by 25%;

= 3,000 * ( 1 - 25%)

= 2,250 units

Variable cost per unit increases by 15%;

= 50 * ( 1 + 15%)

= $57.50

New Net Operating income;

= (70 * 2,250) - (57.50 * 2,250) - 25,000

= $3,125

Net Operating income change;

= 3,125 - 35,000

= -$31,875

Decrease by $31,875

On December 1, Milka Inc. borrows $500,000 from the bank. Interest of 6% is due in six months. On December 31, Milka recognizes

Milka's balance sheet reports: Interest payable for one month.

What is interest?

The fee you pay to borrow money or the fee you charge to lend money is called interest.

Some features of interest are-

 • The fee paid for the privilege of borrowing money is called interest, and it is often stated as an annual percentage rate (APR).
 • The compensation a lender or financial organization receives for giving out money is called interest.
 • The most common way to represent interest is as a yearly percentage of the loan amount.
 • The interest rate on the loan is known as this percentage.
 • For instance, if you put money in a savings account, a bank will provide you interest.

The three types of interest include -

 1. simple (regular) interest: The daily interest rate, the principle, and the number of days between payments are multiplied to determine simple interest.
 2. accrued interest: The amount of interest accrued on a loan or other financial obligation as of a certain date that has not yet been paid back.
 3. compounding interest: The interest you earn on interest is known as compound interest. Simple math may be used to demonstrate this: If you have $100 and it generates 5% interest annually, you will have $105 at the end of the first year. You'll have $110.25 after the second year is over.
