Answer:

C. Drinking liquids during exercise does not cause cramping.

Explanation:

During the practice of physical activities, there may actually be stiffness in the muscles and such cramp. The relationship between sodium and potassium pump is believed to be a trigger for pain through dehydration or excessive sodium loss with sweat. But this in longer workouts and when you neglect hydration or do not plan proper replacements during the race.

To avoid cramping pain you should drink plenty of fluids during exercise, replenish sodium levels during intervals during heavier workouts and when there is abundant sweating (which can be done with a sports drink), and ensure nutritional recovery. (particularly for salt) and proper rest of the muscles after intense training.

Explanation:

The balanced diet is important for the proper growth and development of the body. The balanced diet contains proper amount of carbohydrate, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.

The man should intake around 56 gm of protein and woman should intake around 46-50 gm of protein. The grains contain around 2-3 gm of protein, yogurt contain 7-8 gm of protein and strawberry has around 1 gm of protein. So, total protein is around 10 to 11 gm in the snack.

Describe the function of the cardiovascular system. What does it deliver and take away from the cells?
Alex

Explanation:

The cardiovascular system pumps blood throughout the body. As the blood is circulating out of the heart it is filled with oxygen and nutrients. These nutrients get divided to the rest of the cells in the body. As the blood is coming back into the heart the urinary system takes the waste out of it.

So basically, it basically acts as a delivery system delivering O2 and nutrients and takes waste out of the cell.

Prairies dogs are not dogs jellyfish are not fish. How do you think using scientific names instead of common names helps prevent
Ugo [173]
Well if you memorize the system of scientific names, you won't be misleaded. Some common names are very decieving and there are millions of species out there. So why memorize every single one when you can learn one system to name all of them scientifically
Hope this helps!
Thank me if you agree
