Abe most likely said that, because if he said slavery was wrong at the time people would disagree and go against him which is very sad but true.
Black and white abolitionists often had different agendas by the 1840s, and certainly in the 1850s. But one of the greatest frustrations that many black abolitionists faced was the racism they sometimes experienced from their fellow white abolitionists. In many cases, within the Garrisonian movement in particular, the role of the black speaker or the black writer or the black abolitionist was, in some ways, prescribed, as the famous case of Frederick Douglass' relationship with the Garrisionians.
<span>The Garrisionians wanted Douglass to simply get up and tell his story, to tell his narrative on the platform.</span>
1. The Cold War didn’t lead to a single big conflict, rather many smaller ones.
2. The USA and USSR were both trying to spread its ideals. The USA spreading Democracy and freedom, while the USSR spread controlling and unfair communism and socialism. They would spread these ideals by influencing smaller nations. And sometimes they would influence the same nation and cause a civil war/revolution. These consist of The Korean War and Vietnam.
3. The Cold War eventually came to an end when USSR officials started loosening restrictions for the country. Until it eventually separated and became Russia followed by many others. Thus ending the Cold War.
