postnew [5]

Answer:

The fundamental principles of Martha Graham's technique for choreography are based onthe contraction and liberation of the body, a technique that was developed as a stylized representation of the breath and, depending on the context, symbolized the dancer's surrender to the emotions.the displacement of the body, considering the fall and the recovery, manipulating the body's center of gravity to control the moment and direction of a fall. the spirals, which consist of rotating the spine about 45° around its vertical axis, so that a dancer facing the front of the stage aligns his shoulders with the "Via Triumphalis"

Which is a connotative interpretation of the image?
Crank
I connotative interpretation is when the viewer judges a painting not for the content of the image but what emotions the painting evokes and what deeper meanings the painting has.
E.g. Picasso's masterpiece, Guernica, is a painting that heavily relies on connotative interpretation due to its roots in political activism and a rejection of the violence and horrific events of The Spanish Civil War.

What is the best way to approach drawing a male figure?
Finger [1]

Answer:

It's mostly in detail. You should draw the chest part more wider and don't draw the hip so small, since hips are what give emphasis to females. Add details of the jaw, emphasize the angled line to make it more masculine as compared to that of a female character. In drawing the shoulders, emphasize on the angles imitating the trapezius muscles and the collar bone. Hope this helps out!! :D This is what I use when drawing males.
