There are six most common types of anxiety:

2. Specific phobias

5. PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder)

6. OCD ( Obsessive-compulsive disorder)

Sign and symptoms of anxiety:

1. Behavioral symptoms include; agitation and restlessness.

2. Psychological symptoms include; mood swings, feeling worthless, feeling helpless, hopelessness and despair.

Causes: Various causes can lead to anxiety such as environmental factors, peer pressure, exam pressure, social norms, etc.
