St. Patrick Catholic is saint, bishop, patron saint of Ireland.   He was born around 385 in Scotland, which was then under Roman rule and was largely romanized

Monasticism or monasticism is a way of life devoted exclusively to spirituality (prayer, contemplation and ascension) in complete withdrawal from the world. All the great religions of the world have a kind of monastic tradition.  Monks are people who withdraw from the world for the sake of spiritual goals.

The Benedictines (Order of Saint Benedict) are the oldest monastic order in the Catholic Church. The Order was founded by Benedict of Nursia around 530 in Monte Cassino.

Explanation:

  • St. Benedict laid down the rules that stipulated how monasteries should be run, and thus he was the 'father of the Western monks'.
  • In addition to prayers, the rules also provided physical labor for the monks. Humility, prayer, work, obedience, silence, and sexual purity (celibacy) were expected from the monks.
  • Saint Patrick introduced monasticism. Irish monks would later play a major role not only in Ireland but throughout Europe.

What caused urbanization during the industrial revolution?
inn [45]

Answer:

The need for labor in industries and the reduction in the number of workers in the countryside

Explanation:

Before the industrial revolution, there was no country where the urban population predominated. People go to the urban environment for opportunities to improve their lives, jobs, school, things not always found in small rural villages. The city can be associated with a complex productive unit, producing a wide variety of goods and services, being permanently in search of economies of scale, and always exerting a strong attraction to human beings.
