Mary Shelley makes many allusions to biblical characters in the novel Frankenstein. Match the sentences to the biblical characte
Wittaler [7]
<span>"He had come forth from the hands of God a perfect creature, happy and prosperous, guarded by the especial care of his Creator." => Adam. Adam is God's special creature, created with utmost care and love, a perfect being that was supposed to rule the Earth and be happy. His tasting of the forbidden fruit brought an end to his happiness and signaled a beginning of toil.

</span>"like him, when I viewed the bliss of my protectors, the bitter gall of envy rose within me." => Satan. One of Satan's crucial features, which ultimately resulted in his banishment, is his envy upon all God's angels and God himself.

<span>"A new species would bless me as its creator and source; many happy and excellent natures would owe their being to me." </span>=> God. He is the only creator and source of everything.

hram777 [196]

The mind map method is made of five parts: a box, arrows, circles, stars, and free-floaters. The box is the place where you write the main topic. The arrows connect the box with other parts of the mind map and show the relationship between ideas. The circles are where you write subordinate ideas of the main idea. The stars serve the same function as circles except they are starred because the information contained within them is especially important. Free-floaters are circles or stars that are not connected to the main idea. They are important ideas that seem to be off-topic. For me, I feel that I could use the mind map method as a way to organize each chapter of Gulliver’s Travels.
