The purpose of the 5 Whys Strategy is to find causes of potentially complex problems and to get to the root cause of many types of issues. The 5 Whys strategy includes asking why five times in order to get to the root cause of a problem. You can use this strategy also in real life, for example when you have the problem : your car is not starting.
