Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

D) Offering different prices to different customers for the same product

Explanation:

A price discrimination strategy refers to selling the same product or service to different customers at different prices. Companies will try to charge each customer the highest price he/she is willing to pay for the product or service. Theoretically, if a company is able to carry out a successful price discrimination strategy, consumer surplus would be eliminated because the company would charge every customer the highest possible price.

On a pay stub, what is the difference between “Net Pay” and YTD Net Pat”?
sukhopar [10]

Net pay refers to the amount what you actually get to take home. we can say that it’s your gross pay from which taxes are deducted. For example, if your gross pay is $3,000 and you paid $600 in taxes, benefits and other deductions, that would make your net pay $2,400.

YTD is an abbreviation which is used for year-to-date. So if you get your paycheck on  June 1, your year-to-date earnings will reflect everything you’ve earned since January 1.

Answer:

Net Present Value (NPV) is 506

Explanation:

See document attached.  To get the net present value,  we make a cash flow in excel.

At moment 0 we have the investment cost , in this case $13,400. From period 1 to period 4, we have different incomes. Then, we calculate the Net cash flow that is the difference between benefits and cost.

To get  net present value,  we use VNA formula.

=VNA(required rate of return; Net cash flow from moment 1 to moment 4 )+Net cash flow at moment 0

Training employees to effectively deal with customers, providing better assistance to customers, and explaining the use of compl
sesenic [268]
The correct answer is delivery gap. This is the gap between what the customer knows and wants and what you're providing him. If you train your employees well, then the gap will be lower meaning that the customers won't mess things up and will use what they're buying properly. This not only often saves the customer if something complicated and dangerous is used, but it also prevents you from being sued if something malfunctions due to human error.
