Answer:

The effect brought by the Cuban missile crisis was an agreement in which the soviet union assented to disarm them and the U.S accepted to disarm its missiles in Italy and turkey.

Explanation:

The Cuban missile crisis developed after the U.S. tried to invade Cuba and after they deployed missiles in Italy, and Turkey. Then, the Cuban government agreed to the Russian proposition. Then, the Americans discovered and laid a blockade to destroy the Island. However, they established talks and that didn't happen. The U.S. Cuba and the Soviet Union decided to disarm the missiles and the agreement was achieved. It was the moment with the highest tension in the cold war.

I was in a Canadian History Class at the time. Our prof was concerned but he was calm while everyone else was in a great flurry. He did, however, say that Kennedy had ICBMs Khrushchev did not. He turned out to be very accurate in his assessment. Russia could not launch missiles without retaliation, so Khrushchev blinked. He was a pretty tough guy who had survived Leningrad so it was a pretty big blink.

ExtremeBDS [4]

The extent that were lives of enslaved Africans different from the lives of European indentured servants in the seventeenth-century north American colonies are -

Depending on the time and region in history, several factors have influenced African Americans' legal status in North America. African laborers' civil status was not defined by regulations in the early years of colonization. Black employees appear to have had a social position akin to that of white indentured slaves from Europe, who were contractually bound to labor for their owners for certain periods of time.

Black men and women, particularly in New Amsterdam, started to enjoy certain permissions that would later be denied to enslaved blacks in America, despite the fact that their station was that of inferiority that made them amenable to mistreatment by masters. Black servants could, for instance, sue their employers in court like white servants might. Some, such as Pedro Negretto and Manuel Rues, who filed lawsuits for unpaid wages, even succeeded.

eduard

The correct answers to these open questions are the following.

In what ways did Roosevelt's views change between 1897 and 1910?

At first, he tried to remain neutral. He just observed how things unfolded not lying to one side or the other. He considered it was the best thing to do as President for all the Americans.

What factors might have contributed to the change?

The Gilded Age, and the way industrialists and business owners started to irrationally grow, acquiring most of their competitors by buying them. They grew and grew until monopolies were created. That was the case of companies such as teh Standard Oil company of John D. Rockefeller and the US Steel company of Andrew Carnegie. The Progressive movement started and exerted great pressure to demand changes in government and legislation.

Can you identify aspects of Roosevelt's thinking that remained the same?

Theodore Roosevelt maintained his principles but was very aware of the political corruption acts and inactions in some part of the government, that is why he became a leader of the Progressive movement and tried to compete for the Presidency as the candidate of the Progressive Party.

kicyunya [14]

Explanation:Casein is the main protein in milk. There is no strong evidence to show this causes cancer in humans. Although dairy products contain hormones, this is very small compared to the amount produced naturally by the body. There is no strong evidence to show that hormones in milk could go on to cause cancer.
