Some countries that experience Central European climates are Germany, Poland, Austria, and Hungary. These countries will encounter cold winters and warmer summers. They would also experience some heavy rainfall.

In contrast, Continental climates are more extreme compared to Central European climates: with very cold winters and very hot summers. Some countries that would experience these kinds of weather include northeastern Canada and northern China.

Thus, the best answer for the given question is (B) countries in both climates experience cold winters, but those with continental climates have much longer winters.

They are usually founded by citizens and commonly address issues such as the environment, humanitarian aid, and civil rights, among others. Nongovernmental organizations are well-regarded and trusted by the public. One of the reasons for such trust is precisely the fact that they are NOT willing to quickly align themselves with intervening military forces. This type of organization does it best to solve problems and conflicts without military intervention.
