Flexibility means how far you are willing to go and at what price. Like, in ballet we have to do the splits as warm ups. If you manage to do both legs, your flexibility is outstanding. If you can manage one leg your flexible but not as much as both. Flexibility is the amount your pushing your body to do something. For some, its easy.

Flexibility could also be meant for education. How much you know, how much you understand, and what your willing to do to increase your knowledge in what area(s).
