Constitution gives Congress its powers and limits. Congress is the legislative branch of the government, meaning they are the ones to make laws for the United States of America. The article also creates the two sections of Congress, which is called a bicameral legislature.

Members of the House of Representatives must be at least 25, citizens for seven years, and residents of the states which send them to Congress. The states may set additional requirements for election to Congress, but the Constitution gives each house the power to determine the qualifications of its members.

The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States.” This means that Congress is responsible for adopting legislation, which must be signed by the President to become law, that determines its salary.Sep 17, 2007

Why were the Romantics so interested in the supernatural? Has that changed today?
xenn [34]

The Romantics were so interested in the supernatural because that is what they understood. They believed and trusted in the supernatural. ... Today, a lot of the supernatural beliefs have changed in society. They have changed because individuals do not believe in the elements, as they once did.
