An organizational strategy is the presentation of a plan that outlines the objectives of an organization as well as setting out the means and strategies that will be used to achieve them, such as the allocation of resources, changes in infrastructure, marketing management, among others. The main objective is to define the direction of the organization and organize the activities that will lead it to success.
This type of strategy is presented to all employees in the organization, because it is their job that should fit in and re-emphasize the guidelines presented. For this reason, we must affirm that the organizational strategy must be constructed in a way that makes sense to the audience, since that audience is an important factor within the organization.
