Which event in the reading helps to categorize Odysseus as an archetype?
tino4ka555 [31]

The correct answer is C. He leads a group of men in grand and dangerous adventures.

An archetype is a character that appears in literatures all over the world - every nation has a character that might fit into this description. It is a common character that is known to everyone - a hero who takes his people on grand adventures.

Odysseus is one of such characters, but so is Beowulf, and even Harry Potter, in modern literature.

Is the sentence simple, compound, or complex?  My uncle and I built and then painted the tree house in our back yard.   A. simpl
Arlecino [84]
This sentence is C. compound.
Compound sentences consist of at least two independent clauses, and each clause has to have at least one predicate, or verb. Here, there are two independent clauses: My uncle and I built (the treehouse in our back yard) AND (My uncle and I) painted the tree house in our back yard.
A simple sentence has only one verb; a complex sentences has to have a subordinate clause as well as independent one.

Question 4 of 20
bekas [8.4K]
I believe the answer is B:
B = Comic Book

Reason:
Film is that actual word that can be used to be a medium of a story. Film also referencing to movie, motion picture, or moving picture, is a visual art-form used to stimulate experiences that communicate ideas, stories, perceptions, feelings, beauty, or atmosphere through the use of moving images.
So Comic Book would coordinate with that.

Will give brainlisy Is this a good story started? dose it grab your attraction
Olenka [21]
Walking down the endless road to my apartment, I just couldn’t stop thinking about work. It was freezing cold and hard to see through the blizzard. The snow beneath me was like an egg shell making crunching noise at every step I took. Finally, I had reached my doorstep. As I wrapped my hand around the frostbitten doorknob, a sweep of fresh warm air thrusted past my body. Struggling, I closed the door behind me.

Hope that helps :)
