Specialization makes us more efficient because because the labor focuses on making only 1 or 2 parts which makes it easier and faster for them to do, it also helps the companies use less resources since they're making the same product.

Summarize How did the dress of cowhands reflect the meeting of cultures in the West?
grin007 [14]

The dresses of the cowhands increased to a great extent and their influence spread in the West which led to the meeting of the cultures.

Till the year 1920, there was no connection between fashion and cowboy. After this year the cowhand gear had become fashionable and was sold through catalogs especially for meeting the cowboy market. New marketing techniques were introduced to cater to a wider range of potential customers.

Western cultures also soon started to have certain characteristics that were similar to that of the cowboys. These included heavily tooled leathers, dyed hairs, and furs. Although the dresses made for cowhands were functional rather than fashionable many of them changed the pattern and this became the fashion of the West.

The policy of cash and carry, the destroyers for naval bases deal, and the lend-lease act were all designed to
Dima020 [189]
All of the aforementioned were designed to help the Allied powers during World War II. Even though the US wanted to stay "neutral" when World War II broke out, they did want to benefit by maintaining economic relationships with these countries.

The Lend-Lease Act is a perfect example. This allowed the US government to lend weapons and other materials to nations like France, Great Britain, and China during World War II. If the goods weapons/materials were destroyed, it was on the country using them to replace it.

The Cash and Carry policy was another example of the US government helping the Allied powers. This policy stated that countries may buy materials from the US, as long as they pay in cash and provide transportation for the materials at their own risk.

Both of these show that even though the US was not technically in the war yet, they heavily favored the Allied powers.
