Answer: On September 22, 1862, President Lincoln released the Emancipation Proclamation, which served as a warning to the states in rebellion: if they did not rejoin the Union by January 1, 1863, their slaves would be freed. ... There were key differences between the two documents in the how they both confided the law. The article of confederation established a unicamy legislature. As opposed to the eventual bicameral system created by the constitution. The articles created a loose confederation of sovereign states in a week central government leaving most of the power with the state governments. The need for a stronger federal government soon became apparent and eventually led to the constitutional convention in 1787.

There are alot of factors that make it hard for archeologist and historians to search about the indus valley.the most highlighted factors are the enigmatic nature of Indus valley civilization means there is no clear connection to any continuous literary traditions.they have a much harder time imagining the life of Mohenjo-Daro because there isn't any reliable information about the culture of it. the fact that they cannot read the language(s) of the Indus valley means a lot!
