Answer:

Naturalistic Observation and Survey

Explanation:

A study on consumer behavior is intended to provide data on the real behavior of customers.

Naturalistic observation is a strategy of studies that psychologists and other social scientists frequently use. This approach focuses on the observation of an individual or subject in their natural environment.

A survey is described as a technique of study used to gather data from a predetermined group of participants in order to obtain information and perspectives on different subjects of concern.

This is a citizen's legal obligation to serve as a part of the body that determines the guilt or innocence of a person accused o
Gnesinka [82]

Answer:

Jury Duty is a citizen's legal obligation to serve as a part of the body that determines the guilt or innocence of a person accused of a crime.

Explanation:

Jury Duty can be described as a responsibility of a citizen to contribute to a verdict in a case. In criminal trials a judge alone is not held responsible for making a decision.

Instead, both the defense and the prosecutor present their arguments in front of a randomly selected jury from the public. This is done in order to ensure there is as little bias as possible.

If a citizen is called for jury duty, then it is his/her obligation to serve the court, unless there is a serious issue in case of which dates can be changed.

What is the main difference between a defined-benefit plan and a defined-
Klio2033 [76]

The amount of retirement income that employees would receive upon retirement is specified under a defined benefit plan (APERS). A defined contribution plan merely stipulates how much each party—the employer and the employee—puts into the retirement account of the employee.

What is the difference between defined benefit and defined contribution plan?

 • For each participant in a defined-benefit pension plan, employers finance and guarantee a certain amount as retirement benefits.
 • As the participant defers a percentage of their gross pay, defined-contribution plans are largely supported by the employee. Employers may decide to match the contributions up to a specific level.
 • The responsibility of saving and investing for retirement has been put on employees as a result of the switch to defined-contribution plans.
 • The 401(k) is the preferred defined-contribution plan (k).
 • Companies have a consistent preference for defined-contribution plans over defined-benefit plans.

How have people adapted physically to different environments? Why do you think these differences developed?
Karo-lina-s [1.5K]
That's a simple part of evolution. Humans are built to adapt.

If we go in the frozen tundra, we make coats and other cold-blocking clothes. We find nearby food, like fish. Over time, our differences become more distinct from the rest, and we become less vulnerable to the cold.

Hope this helps! :)
