<span>Diablico Sucio is a Panaman term for ‘Dirty Devil’ (in
English). They’re mostly seen before the celebration of Ash Wednesday where
they dance, sing and demand people to repent for their sins through penance, in
a form of giving money. They are sometimes viewed as terrorists who hurt people
when they don’t get what they want.</span>
