Sam tried to comb his _________________ hair over his bald spot, but there wasn't enough to cover it.
Ainat [17]

Answer:

Subjugate means bring under domination or control, especially by conquest. Maybe this.

Conciliatory means intended or likely to placate or pacify.

Explanation:

It could be either.

Think of a mans hair, most of the time men have short hair covering their heads. Would you consider hiding a baldspot with hair you still have Domination and Controling or Pacifying?

Sorry  if im not much help. Im only 13.

Please, have a great day and stay safe! <3

The prayers went out as a protest and boycott the game. correct it
vekshin1

The prayers went out as a protest and boycotted the game. (Corrected it.)

The prayers (subject) did two things:

1: went out as a protest (predicate)

and

2: boycotted the game (predicate)

Remember to use the same tense.
