Explanation:

In Brown II, the Supreme Court ruled that the ruling needed to be implemented with "all deliberate speed" which means everything and nothing.

So, racists used that language to delay the implementation of desegregation

I agree with this proclamation because the natives were there first so it’d be wrong of the colonists to just take over. But they ended up moving west anyway. But I understand how it can be unfair for the colonists since they want to move west to build homes and find resources that weren’t available before. This whole question is based on your own opinion
