Decomposers because when plants and animals die they become food for decomposed like bacteria. They recycle dead plants and animals into chemical nutrients like carbon and nitrogen that are released back into the soil, air and water.

These are the bad cholesterol which are affected by inhibiting the LDL receptor activities leading to its increase. This can lead to heart disease conditions.

--> Unsaturated fatty acids: These are fatty acids which may contain one or more double bonds making it liquid at room temperature. They are found in plant oil (omega 6) and fish oil (omega 3). When consumed, they are absorbed in the villi of small intestine and helps maintain a good balance of cholesterol in blood.
