Thomas Jefferson is known mostly for his two main actions.

1. Jefferson created the first ever working Light Bulb. Many people recognize Jefferson for this amazing invention that he created that changed many, many lives and still does today.

2. Thomas Jefferson served as the president of the United States! Jefferson was an amazing president who served as president for 8 years! From March 4th 1801 - March 4th 1809 was his presidential term. He was born on April 13, 1743 and later died in July 4, 1826
