Answer:

On the freeway, maintain a 3 second following distance. If the road is slippery or wet, adjust your distance to four or more seconds.

Explanation:

Every time climate conditions change, your vehicle will have variations in the way it reacts. So, if in regular conditions you should maintain a 3-second following distance, in other unusual conditions you must adjust this setting to be more cautious, and prevent any unforeseen events that could lead to an accident.

Why is the Electoral College a continual issue of debate for many U.S. citizens?
Keith_Richards [23]
The electoral college makes it so that the US isn’t a direct democracy, in other words the popular vote doesn’t necessarily decide the election. In 2016 Hilary Clinton received more individual votes, but because Donald Trump won more electoral votes he won the presidency. Most of the time, the party whose candidate gets the upper hand from this system supports it, and the other party does not.

How did the slave trade change the legal<br> code in Ghana?
Nonamiya [84]
Basically stop the importation of slaves from Africa or from the West Indies. There was some smuggling of slaves. After that, all the way up to the Civil War, the ban was not totally enforced, but it certainly ended what had been before then an open, legal and fairly large slave trade.
