For this case there are different rules that must be taken into account at the time of a conversation. We will mention the most basic.
Among these rules we have the following:
Rules of a well spoken person:
<em>They state that the person speaking should do so with a moderate tone, respecting their turn to talk.

<em>You should not insult other people.
</em>
Rules of the good listener.
<em>It states that once you have finished speaking, it is the turn to listen to what the other person has to say.
</em>
<em>Therefore, the person speaking should not be interrupted until he or she finished. </em>
NOTE:
<em>In case a person is talking, and someone wants to make a comment, they should raise their hands for that purpose.</em>
