All of those were definitely goals of the Farmers' Alliance, which makes it hard to figure out what their main goal actually was, but I believe that their main goal was D, to lower income taxes, because they were having to pay just as much income tax as the rich people were, and they were not rich so it was hard for them to pay the high income tax
