2- South.

Public schools weren't common in the south around the 1600s. It wasn't unusual for wealthy families to hire private tutors for their children.

You are in favor of the protective tariff and the national bank.  

 1. North

A high tariff would protect the North and its manufacturing industry, that was growing, from the English competition.

Your family owns slaves  

2. South.

The South was the part of the States that kept black slaves as labor. The Civil War was mainly about it.

You are a child and you attend public school

The North had the first private schools in the country. The Southerns used to hire private tutors and the westerns weren't known for their education.

You work on a large cotton plantation for no pay

Slaves worked for no pay and the South had plenty of cotton plantations.
