I believe it is the 1st one, however I am only in middle school so I would wait for another answer to be 100% sure.
During act 2, scene 1, when Macbeth is waiting for the signal from Lady Macbeth, he hallucinates and sees a bloody dagger floating in front of him.
This vision is interpreted as Macbeth's guilt for the murder he is about to commit. The dagger he sees is the same weapon he is about to use to kill the king.
C is correct i believe. its not A because that could not be a sentance byitself, not b because im sure you know why and d might be but then the teacher would be trying to explain to you something other then the rules of punctuation
