==>y-6=(-2-6)/(2-0)(x-0)
==> y=-4x+6

f(x) is passing through (0,-3) and (2,1)
==>y+3=(1+3)/(2-0)(x-0)
==>y=2x-3

g(x)=k*f(x)
==> -4x+6=k(2x-3)
2kx=-4x==>k=-4x/(2x)=-2
and
-3k=6==>k=6/(-3)=-2

==>k=-2
