The main difference between Igneous, Sedimentary and Metamorphic rocks is the way that they are formed.
Igneous rocks are formed from a hot, molten mass of melted rock materials.
Metamorphic rocks are formed from old parent rocks undergoing intense heat and pressure.
Thus, the igneous rocks and metamorphic rocks are similar because both of these rocks are formed from high heat and pressure that deform them.
But, the major difference between them is that the metamorphic rocks do not get hot enough to melt.

According to research conducted by Annette Lareau (2003), in terms of strategies for childrearing, working-class and poor parent
irina [24]

Answer:

Long stretches of leisure time, child-initiated play, and clear boundaries between the social life of children and adults.

Explanation:

According to research conducted by Annette Lareau (2003), in terms of strategies for childrearing, working-class and poor parents focus on the "accomplishment of natural growth." In the "accomplishment of natural growth," children experience long stretches of leisure time, child-initiated play, and clear boundaries between the social life of children and adults. Organized leisure time is not essential for working-class and poor parents. Children have more freedom and independence. One of the detriments of this kind of childrearing is that it proves disadvantageous when it comes to upward mobility.

Amanda works at a retail store in the mall. She has recently been promoted and now is in charge of opening and closing the store
Zarrin [17]

Answer: ethical lapse

Explanation:

An ethical lapse is an error or mistake in judgement that an individual commits which brings about a harmful outcome. It is usually as a result of an oversight as it really doesn't mean that the individual lacks integrity.

The scenario in the question is an ethical lapse. This is because the extra $25 she pocketed wasn't accounted for as it was an oversight and it wasn't that she intentionally stole the $25 or didn't account for it intentionally.
