Mkey [24]

Answer: C. No, because all residents could reasonably be notified by mail.

Explanation:

The notice was not Constitutional because there should be a reasonable chance that every defendant has gotten the notice of the suit and they will not be able to do this unless notified individually.

This is why the court should have at least used mail to reach out to them because with mail, there is a reasonable chance that every defendant would be notified.

What are the influences of family in your development as an individual
alexandr1967 [171]

Answer:

Physical health - Many studies have shown that positive relationships with relatives lead to more positive habits later in life, such as taking better care of yourself and making healthy food choices. In contrast, negative relationships that cause stress can lead to unhealthy eating habits and poor physical self-care.A child's learning and socialization are most influenced by their family since the family is the child's primary social group. Child development happens physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually during this time.Usually, the family environment plays a large role in shaping the identity of children as they grow into adolescence and become adults. The way family members relate to one another and operate together as a social group can shape a child's self-esteem, socialization, and cultural identity.

According to Alexander Chess and Stella Thomas, a child who expresses a low activity level, is somewhat negative, and is inflexible is a slow-to-warm-up child.

The term slow-to-warm-up children is used to denote children who are uneasy or cautious in new situations or with unfamiliar people and may have a difficult time with changes like a new child care provider, for example.

andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer:

marginality

Explanation:

Keyshawn's ethnic identity seems to be a marginality. This means that his African American origin seems to put Keyshawn in a position that makes it difficult for him to actualize his dreams. Marginality in this context means the condition or state of an individual being put on the margins of society or being excluded from achieving a goal/being prevented from access to certain aspects of society due to certain reasons such as race and ethnicity.
