As a concerned a member of this community I suggest we offer after school facilities for kids in our area to resort to after a school day. They need somewhere where they can come and feel as if they were in a second home, a place to resolve conflicts, a place of refuge for them. They need something like an afterschool sports club program. Even if they do not participate in a particular competitive sport they can come here and play recreationally. They can participate in games such as little league soccer games, baseball games, basketball tournament all in good fun in helping to keep them out of trouble. The kids will be offered snacks and shelter if there is bad weather after school. If there's trouble at home they will always have this place to come to you and always feel welcomed. This is an amazing way to open up the doors the community to the youth improving their quality of life. (Hope this helps!!!)

Vilka [71]

Answer:

An argument can be made for all of the following EXCEPT:

The speaker is not the poet.

Explanation:

In every poem, the speaker is the voice behind the poem or the narrator of the story.  The speaker is created by the poet to voice out the poem. Therefore, the speaker is always treated as a fictional creation.  The speaker always chooses a point of view to tell the story.  The role of the speaker cannot be denied in a poem.  Without the speaker's voice, the story may sound passive and unenjoyable.  But the speaker imbues the story with some life, using an active voice.
