How are quadratic equations represented in a real world situation

Mathematics

one way that you can represent it is for example if someone kick a soccerball.

ax^2+bx+c

ax^2 is a quadratic function which in this senario represents the balls downward movement.

bx is a linear function which in this senario represents the velocity of the ball.

c is the starting point the height that the ball starts at but since the ball would more likely be on the ground this value

would be 0.

your x value represents time and for any x value you plug in gives you the height of the ball.

so quadratics in real life situations are used to show the distance or movement of an object over a certaint period in time.

Can someone help me pls
Rina8888 [55]

Answer:

c = (E/m)^1/2

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, we want to solve for c in the given equation

what we have here is that;

E = m•c^2

Thus;

c^2 = E/m

So we have

c^2(*1/2) = (E/m)^1/2

c = (E/m)^1/2

weqwewe [10]
There are many dentists in the world and it wold be hard to count the amount of dentists that use the toothpaste. Also, there are many brands of toothpaste and it would would be doubtful that “80%” of dentists would use the same one.
