The answer is the first one, you must always cite your sources, even if you have not directly quoted them. It also adds credibility to your work (this is not the only reason, it is merely an incentive)
Freedom of speech is saying what ever you want to:)
accept there are limits to this freedom.
For example... Screaming "FIRE!!!!" in the middle of a movie theater, while there isnt fire.. Would be abusing your freedom of speech

It depends in what sense you’re using it in. Say if you were to call some childlike meaning they don’t have responsibility and they do not act mature. that is using “childlike” in a negative manner. As for using it in a positive way, you’d be referring to their sense of humor or that the person is care free and some would say “you move like the wind and roll with the waves”
