Answer:

The weakness is how it was interpreted that the most perfect union would need "provide for the common defense".

Explanation:

We know that the constitution of the united states of america states that to be the most perfect union in the world would require "provide for the common defense". The weakness of this part of the constitution is not to claim that everyone is protected, but to interpret that this protection should be the result of the release of firearms to the civilian population.

But with certain legislation that limits the freedoms of owning firearms, we know that this is very dangerous, has caused numerous accidents and tragedies and does not guarantee the safety of anyone.

Answer:

The only thing i'd advise changing would be the line " Insure domestic Tranquility" I don't fancy being domestic like a cow on a farm. I'd likely replace it with "Our pursuit of our right to Freedom"
