Among the dangers of the gastric bypass are the blood clotting, bleeding, and disturbances in the bowel movement. Usually a person who undergoes gastric bypass is prone to diarrhea, constipation. On the other hand, among the dangers in the lap-band procedures are gallstones, indigestion, nausea and vomiting and even intolerance to certain types of foods. It also includes pneumonia and dilation of the pouch.<span>
