the correct answer is only II. Scannable resumés must not include any formatting and can only be saved as RTF files.

A scannable resume is a resume that can be scanned into a computer and added to a database.

in terms to content, scannable resumes are almost identical except for the inclusion of some keywords what will help a database search identify the  resume of a person as a potential candidate. The great difference lies in  formattin. In a scannable resume, you should have no formatting because formatting will prevent the resume from being accurately scanned, and as a result, crucial information may be missed.
