This would be 3rd person. 3rd person is, essentially, an outsider. So, an example would be like a narrator. Obviously this person is going to use pronouns like he and she because they are telling the story and they're not involved in it. Also, since this person tells about all of the characters, they know their feelings and thoughts, whereas if it was first person (like someone telling a story about something that happened to them), then they wouldn't know what the other people were feeling, they'd only know their feelings. Hope this helps!

Third person is the answer.

First person uses I, me, and my. Second person uses you.

Argumentative essay for or against health care for everyone.
gladu [14]
  1. Topic + Thesis (Describe the issue and state your claim)
  2. Claim (Which side do you take)
  3. Counterclaim (Why would people disagree with you?)
  4. Rebuttal (Why is the counterclaim inaccurate, in your opinion)
  5. Conclusion (Restate your main points. Revisit your thesis.)

OR

  1. Topic + Thesis
  2. Support 1 for claim
  3. Support 2 for claim
  4. Counterclaim + REBUTTAL
  5. Conclusion

Tips:

  • Be sure to research and use citations, consider three points per body paragraph.
  • Stay true to the topic sentence for each paragraph.
  • Use transitions to keep your reader interested. (+ better grade)
  • Consider rhetorical appeals; ethos pathos, and logos.

Example

  1. Healthcare for everyone is an idea meant to ____. I agree/disagree because _____.
  2. Here are some reasons why my claim is supported.
  3. Some people might say that _____. (make sure it opposes you)
  4. But, in reality ____ (prove them wrong, respectfully)
  5. So, health care should(n't) be provided like this because: 1, 2, 3.

HELP PLZZ JOURNALISM PROJECT!!!!
zheka24 [161]

This requires a great deal of planning. You must first start with what you MOST want to highlight, making sure you hit all of the requirements. Each highlighted part should be its own box. From there, add a detail to each along with the commentary. Then time it. If you go over, see what you can possibly eliminate. If it isn’t long enough, add more detail where you can. Make sure that is is well-organized from start to finish. This will require trial and error, but proper planning will help.
