Yes, they would be pleased

The Hans emperor was interested in purchasing sturdy central Asian horses for his military as at the time, he was heavily involved in war of conquest across central Asia. The Hans leaders believed by selling silk they would get a lot of profits and 200 horses was certainly worth it.
