Gusta, since the singular form of gustar (gusta) is used for singular nouns (such as libro, helado, casa, etc.) and infinitive verbs (such as mirar, leer, comer, etc). Gustan is used for plural nouns (such as libros, helados, casas, etc). Hope this helps!
