1. The source of conflict between Lucid and black box are  relationship conflicts, data conflicts, interest conflicts, structural conflicts and value conflicts. The relationship conflicts can be included in terms of negative behavior, poor communication and lack of information.

2. Consensual processes, such as collaborative law, mediation, conciliation, or negotiation, in which the parties attempt to reach agreement. For instance, many dispute resolution processes are cheaper and faster than the traditional legal process.

3. Hardball negotiation should be employed. Hardball negotiations are thought of as distributive negotiations, in which parties are trying to divide something up and whoever gets the biggest piece is the winner.

4. The relationship conflicts can be included in terms of negative behavior, resolve the disputes among the supply chain partner in an adequate manner.
