The secret bombing of Cambodia lasted 4 years. Most experts estimate that 100,000 Cambodians lost their lives, with an additional two million people becoming homeless.

Yes Nixon did. It did not end the problems of the Vietnam War. Finally, Nixon had to decide to get out of Cambodia and Vietnam.

How Long it lasted:
The Cambodian Campaign (also known as Cambodian Incursion) was a series of military operations conducted in eastern Cambodia during the late spring and summer of 1970 by the armed forces of the United States (U.S.) and the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) during the Vietnam War. A total of 13 major operations were conducted by the Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) between 29 April and 22 July and by U.S. forces between 1 May and 30 June. It lasted 4 years.

Results:
For President Nixon and his administration, instituting reasonable policies and tactics became a different endeavor in their attempt to quell the Vietnam War. The threat of Cambodian protests, North Vietnamese retaliations, unstable foreign diplomatic relations, and antiwar protests in America created tension for Nixon in his decision to secretly bomb Communist sanctuaries at the Cambodian border. While each of these constraints left President Nixon and his administration under extreme pressure, none of these risks transpired as relations between the United States and Cambodia continued to improve several years of war.

Sorry for making it long. I just want you to get a 100. Hope this helps :)

An unresolved issue with the British from the Treaty of Paris that was dealt with in Jay's Treaty was Britain agreeing to leave its forts in the Northwest territory.

What did the Jay's Treaty allow for?

It resolved several issues that had been left over from the Revolutionary War including the presence of British troops in the Northwest territory.

What allowed cities to grow in the tenth and eleventh centuries?
VARVARA [1.3K]

Answer:

Although historians disagree about the extent of the social and material damage caused by the 9th- and 10th-century invasions, they agree that demographic growth began during the 10th century and perhaps earlier. They have also identified signs of the reorganization of lordship and agricultural labour, a process in which members of an order of experienced and determined warriors concentrated control of land in their own hands and coerced a largely free peasantry into subjection. Thus did the idea of the three orders of society—those who fight, those who pray, and those who labour—come into use to describe the results of the ascendancy of the landholding aristocracy and its clerical partners. In cooperation with bishops and ecclesiastical establishments, particularly great monastic foundations such as Cluny (established 910), the nobility of the late 11th and 12th centuries reorganized the agrarian landscape and rural society of western Europe and made it the base of urbanization, which was also well under way in the 11th century.
