Writing is important because it lets us communicate reliably with people who are not in the same room at the time: we can leave messages for next generations, we can give instructions to others.

To make writing possible, we need a writing system so that writing can be learnt and taught, and can be a skilled shared by people!

The _____ started as a neutral stimulus that, after repeated pairing with an unconditioned stimulus, became associated with it a
Alika [10]
The correct answer is conditioned stimulus.

The most famous explanation of a conditioned stimulus is from Ivan Pavlov's classical conditioning study. In his study a bell was repeatedly rang (neutral stimulus) before dogs were presented with food (unconditioned stimulus) that made them salivate in response (unconditional response). After repeated pairing of the neutral stimulus with the unconditioned stimulus, the sound of the bell alone elicited a response of salivation in dogs. In this this instance, the conditioned stimulus is the sound of the bell.

Vaselesa [24]

Answer:

the largest area of the store is 3300 ft² ( square foot)

Explanation:

since

- width has to diminish in both sides of the square by 15' → largest width is 90 - 2*15 = 60' = 60 ft

- length has to diminish in the front by 25 cm and 15 from the back of the store → largest length of the store is 100- 25- 20 = 55' = 55 ft

therefore the largest area of the store is

Maximum area = largest width * largest length = 60 ft * 55 ft = 3300 ft²

What is the probability of two heterozygous purple flowers making offspring that have white flowers?
Nikitich [7]

The probability of purple-flowered offspring if two plants that are heterozygous for purple flowers are crossed is 3.4

Mathematical explanations of the likelihood that an event will occur or that a statement is true are referred to as probabilities. An event's probability is a number between 0 and 1, where, roughly speaking, 0 denotes the event's impossibility and 1 denotes certainty. The likelihood that an event will occur increases with its probability. Genetics and probability are also extremely strongly intertwined in a similar way. Genetic inheritance rates are only instances of probability.

A plant can produce either purple flowers or white flowers. What is the probability of purple-flowered offspring if two plants that are heterozygous for purple flowers are crossed?
