The social cognitive theory explains the theory that the knowledge of the individual is influenced by the interactions he faces in society and with external experiences. This theory explains that when a person analyzes the behavior and consequence of any action, he remembers the information and uses them as a guide for future events. The remembrance of the behavior depends upon the outcome of it. The reward or punishment achieved as an outcome helps in forming a model.
