Exercise is also good for skin, bone health and energy level boost. Exercise helps for people to age well. Lastly exercise may come in handy when dealing with day to day situations and problems, exercise may come in handy, like when you are carrying chairs or doing something that need muscle strength, even better when you're in situation that requires running from a certain danger, then exercise is most definitely needed.
