Due to the lack of the choices, let me just give you here the definitions of appositional and interstitial growth. 

Appositional growth happens when the inner layers of the cell divides into chondroblasts, increasing the cartilage mass. 

Interstitial growth happens when the chondroblasts in the cartilage divide to form new small groups of cells.
